Joint Review Meeting of School Education Sector Plan and Program

Vision Three Sixty was commissioned by UNICEF to organize a five-day Joint Review Meeting of the School Education Sector Plan and Program. The event took place at two prominent venues: The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MOEST), Singha Durbar, and the Centre for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD).

Vision Three Sixty handled the printing of 150 JRM folders containing meeting agendas, background documents, draft status reports, security notes, and more. Attendees received notebooks and pens featuring SESP 2023 branding. The team organized catering for the entire duration of the event, providing lunch, snacks, and Hi-tea. Additionally, two sign language interpreters and two live English/Nepali translators were hired for meeting interpretation.

A dedicated technical team managed virtual meeting links to ensure online participants could easily join sessions.
